🚨 National Night Out is TOMORROW! 🚨

We can't wait to see everyone on Tuesday, August 4, 2026, as neighborhoods across Peoria come together to celebrate National Night Out!
This annual event is all about building stronger relationships between law enforcement and the communities we proudly serve. It's a great opportunity to meet your neighbors, connect with Peoria Police officers, firefighters, and other City representatives, and enjoy an evening filled with food, games, activities, and community fun.
Be sure to check out this year's participating neighborhood roster below and find the event closest to you!
A big thank you to all of the neighborhood associations, volunteers, and community partners who have worked so hard to make this event possible. We look forward to spending the evening with you and your family.

We're getting ready for the 2026 Night Out Against Crime, on Tuesday, August 4th. West Central Neighborhood's event is at 1005 West Hanssler, from 6:00-8:00 pm. We will have hotdogs, chips, and drinks. If you are able, bring a dessert to share. We will also have games and some information about how you can prepare your family for emergency situations. Grab a neighbor, your lawn chair, and we will see you tomorrow night!

So many neighborhoods are participating in NNO this year! Join us next Tuesday for our event. There will be food, games, and a little bit of education about planning for emergencies. Hope to see you there!

Our last neighborhood meeting taught us a lot about the emergency alert system in Peoria. WCNA wants to make sure our neighborhood is educated on how to prepare for emergency situations. If you come to our National Night Out Against Crime event on August 4th, you will see what it takes to create a your own emergency supply kit in a budget friendly way--spread over 24 weeks. You can also go to www.pcchd.org or www.ready.gov to get started now.

Don't forget to invite your neighbors to our annual National Night Out Against Crime on August 4th. It is a great way to introduce new people to our community events, and the event is free to attend.

Kick off Great Neighbor Appreciation Week with us at the Great Neighbor Cleanup! 🏘️ 🚮

Join city staff on Saturday, July 18 from 9 a.m. – 11 a.m. as we come together to help clean neighborhoods across Peoria. Meet us at:

📌 Morton Square Park (901 NE Monroe St),
📌 Trewyn Park (2219 S Idaho St)

Trash bags and gloves will be provided. Invite a friend, bring your family, and we'll see you there!
