💙 A milestone we're incredibly proud of.
When I started R|D Hospice back in January 2023, the goal was simple: build an agency that puts patients first, without the corporate bureaucracy that so often gets in the way of real, individualized care. Being clinician-owned means the people making decisions about patient care are the same people who've spent their careers actually providing it — not administrators chasing a budget line.

And it's not just CAHPS — our five-star reputation on Google keeps growing right alongside it, built one family, one visit, one promise kept at a time.
Every one of these numbers represents a real family, at one of the hardest moments of their lives, telling us we showed up for them.
