🚨🚨🚨LEADERSHIP SPOTLIGHT🚨🚨🚨

Shelby has dedicated the past 10 years to caring for others, beginning her career in in-home care where she discovered her passion for supporting the elderly. After relocating from Tennessee, she expanded her experience within assisted living and memory care communities, starting as a caregiver and steadily advancing her career. Through roles in marketing, activities, and ultimately as a Resident Care Coordinator/Health Unit Coordinator, Shelby has developed a well-rounded understanding of resident care and community operations.
Known for her compassion and dedication, Shelby is committed to ensuring her residents receive the highest level of care. She takes pride in supporting both her residents and her care team, finding fulfillment in knowing those she serves are safe, comfortable, and well cared for.
Outside of work, Shelby is a proud mother of four—two boys and two girls—who share her appreciation for caring for others. In her free time, she enjoys spending quality time with her children and being outdoors.

Kerry, Our Activities Director, has lived primarily in the U.S. but is originally from Scotland. She developed a love for serving people with dementia and Alzheimer's while making caregiving house-calls in the U.K. She describes planning creative and engaging activities for our residents in memory care and assisted living as her dream job. When not at work, Kerry enjoys reading, dancing, and spending time with her husband, children and grandchildren.
