Yesterday was a big milestone, walking our daughter to her first day of 1st grade. 💛

As parents, we celebrate these moments with excitement, but they also remind us that every new chapter comes with big emotions…for our children & for us.

At Upendo Mental Wellness, we believe that mental wellness starts at home. It’s found in the morning hugs, the encouraging words before walking into a new classroom & in creating space for our kids to feel excited, nervous, brave, or uncertain without judgment.
