Many of you are already aware that our beloved Jayla is no longer with Longevity. 💛 We are so thankful for the time she spent with us and wish her nothing but the best in her future endeavors!

With that being said, we now have a few rooms available for rent at Longevity Health & Wellness!

And while we’re open to other health and wellness professionals, we would LOVE to find another rockstar Licensed Massage Therapist to join the Longevity space. 🙌 We know many of you have been patiently waiting and asking when massage will be available again, and trust us—we hear you!

After a weekend of travel, different beds, extra activity, or maybe just more time on the couch… your body might be feeling it today 😬

Tight neck
Achy low back

That’s not random.
👉 That’s your body asking for attention.

Pain isn’t something to push through — it’s feedback.

And Mondays are the perfect time to reset 👇

🔹 Get moving (even a short walk helps)
🔹 Stretch the areas that feel tight
🔹 Hydrate (your tissues need it!)
🔹 Pay attention to your posture today
🔹 Don’t ignore small aches before they become big problems

✨💛 **Monday Motivation (After the Weekend Reset)** 💛✨

Coming off a weekend full of family, excitement, treats, and ALL the sugar? 🍭🍕🎉
Yeah… today might feel a little off 😅

More emotions.
Less patience.
Harder transitions.

That’s not a coincidence — and it’s not a behavior problem.
👉 **It’s a system shift.**

Different foods, more sugar, later nights, bigger environments… all of that impacts regulation.

So if today feels harder, here’s your reminder:
💛 Your child isn’t “off track”
💛 You didn’t do anything wrong
💛 Their system is just recalibrating

And THIS is where your routine comes back in 👇

🕘 Get back to your normal flow (even if it’s not perfect)
🥗 Return to familiar foods and regular meals
💧 Hydration matters more than you think today
😴 Prioritize rest and an earlier bedtime if needed
⏰ Lean on predictable transitions and expectations

Because routine isn’t just structure…
👉 It’s regulation.

Give it a day or two, stay consistent, and you’ll start to see things settle again 🙌
