You might be dealing with something called biliary dyskinesia. 🩺🧐 It's a fancy medical term for a gallbladder that isn't broken or full of gallstones, but is basically just acting "sluggish." Instead of squeezing out digestive fluid (bile) normally after a meal, it struggles to contract properly, causing that same old bloating, nausea, and intense ache.
