In the past, we have awarded five deserving recipients with $1,000 scholarships — and we’re excited to do it again! This opportunity has been shared with high schools across the Peoria area for graduating seniors ready to take the next step toward their future.

Words cannot describe the joy of seeing so many young ladies and their families find their dream prom dress!! Thank you to all who donated dresses, shoes, jewelry, and makeup. Thank you to the It Takes a Village of Peoria, Inc. team for all of your hard work. Thank you to the men of Phi Beta Sigma for always supporting us from the beginning to the end. Thank you to Silver Star Chapter #74 OES PHA for your partnership in helping provide a class act affair! Thank you to Mrs. Illinois Black United States Jaleesha Allen for serving as a personal stylist for the girls! They loved you!
