Offsite we host yoga practices for recovery & resilience, focus/balance/stress relief in the workplace, children’s yoga, farmer’s market gatherings, music/cultural festivals, and individual/group yog

OM hosts specialty classes with focus on therapeutics, advanced asana & pranayama, nada yoga sound experiences, group Thai Restorative Yoga, creative visioning, Ayurveda, nutrition, Hatha/Thai partner & Acro Yoga, kids’ yoga, cOMmunity outreach programs, meditation, and foundations of yoga philosophy & practice. We gratefully host inspired local & traveling teachers to enhance & enlighten your practice. Infused with the elements, your practice space welcomes natural light flowing from the east, south & west, a practice floor milled from reclaimed wood from Illinois native White, Red & Black Oak trees, geothermal heating/cooling, and hOMemade/earth friendly yoga props to fully support your practice.
