Dr. Boyd dropped something that made us pause: gluten allergies didn't exist two generations ago.
Not one person had them.
Jesus ate bread every single day. People consumed grains for centuries without issue. Then in the past 20 or 30 years, something changed. Not in our bodies. In how bread and grains are prepared and grown.
The body now recognizes this modified gluten as a foreign agent. Like putting plastic in your system. It doesn't know what to do with it, so it fights back. And for people dealing with gut issues, it's become a massive problem.
We still don't have the full answer — whether it's genetic, epigenetic, or purely environmental. But the shift happened fast, and the damage is real.
