Form meets function: Full periorbital reconstruction 👁️⚡

Addressing both upper and lower eyelid issues together provides total functional relief and balanced aesthetic results.

Procedures performed:
✔️ Bilateral Upper Ptosis Repair (elevating upper lids to clear vision)
✔️ Bilateral Lower Ectropion Repair (repositioning lower lids to protect the ocular surface)
✔️ Bilateral Lower Blepharoplasty (smoothing under-eye bags and contour)

Looking at these full-face and multi-angle results, you can see how elevating the upper lids and properly securing the lower lids makes the eyes look clear, comfortable, and resting naturally.

A complete periorbital refresh! 👁️⚡

Addressing the brows, upper lids, and lower lids together creates a seamless, natural outcome that restores both sight and youthful contours.

Procedures performed:
✔️ Bilateral Direct Brow Lift (stabilizing & elevating the brow position)
✔️ Bilateral Upper Ptosis Repair (clearing the visual axis)
✔️ Bilateral Lower Blepharoplasty (smoothing under-eye volume)

Looking at the multi-angle results, notice how much brighter, more open, and balanced the eye area looks—from the front and both profile views!

A clearer view and a brighter look! 👁️✨

When upper eyelids drop low enough to cover the upper edge of the pupil—as seen in the "Before" photo—it can lead to persistent eye fatigue, forehead strain from subconscious lifting, and restricted upper vision.

Through ptosis repair surgery, we tightened the internal lifting muscles of the upper eyelids. Looking at the "After" result, both lids now rest comfortably above the pupil, restoring full field of vision, excellent symmetry, and a wide-awake, natural appearance.

Feeling like heavy eyelids are getting in the way of your vision or making you feel constantly tired? An oculoplastic evaluation can help! 📲

A complete transformation for vision, comfort, and aesthetics! 👁️✨

This patient presented with complex eyelid concerns affecting both function and appearance:

Bilateral Upper Eyelid Ptosis: Drooping upper lids that obstructed the upper field of view.

Bilateral Lower Eyelid Ectropion: Outward turning of the lower eyelids, leaving the delicate eye tissue exposed and prone to tearing and severe irritation.

Lower Eyelid Puffiness & Laxity: Prominent under-eye bags causing a heavy, tired appearance.

The Solution:
By combining a bilateral upper ptosis repair, bilateral lower ectropion repair, and lower blepharoplasty, we were able to lift the upper lids off the pupils, reposition the lower lids securely against the eye, and smooth out the under-eye contour.

The result? Cleared vision, protected ocular surfaces, restored comfort, and a remarkably refreshed look from every angle. 🌟

Drooping upper eyelids (ptosis) can quietly take a toll on daily life. When the eyelid edge covers part of the pupil, it restricts upper peripheral vision, makes reading or driving more straining, and can lead to heavy, tired eyes by the end of the day. 👁️✨

This before-and-after photo shows the clear impact of ptosis repair. By tightening the elevator muscle that lifts the upper eyelid, we elevated the lid margin above the pupil line—restoring a full, unobstructed field of vision while creating a much brighter, refreshed look.

Notice how clear and centered the eyes look post-procedure!

If droopy lids are affecting your sight or causing eye fatigue, schedule an evaluation to see how functional eyelid surgery can help. 💬👇

When the lower eyelid turns outward and sags away from the eye, it’s a condition known as ectropion. 👁️💧

As seen in the "Before" photo, ectropion leaves the inner eyelid surface exposed and vulnerable. This can cause chronic tearing, dryness, redness, irritation, and potential risk to the cornea due to lack of protection.

In the "After" photo, surgical repair restored the lower eyelid to its proper anatomic position against the globe. This not only resolves persistent discomfort and excessive tearing, but also restores critical protection to the eye’s surface.

Are you or a loved one dealing with persistent eye watering or red, irritated lower lids? An evaluation with an oculoplastic specialist can help!

Restoring a smooth, natural contour: Lower Eyelid Blepharoplasty 👁️✨

Lower blepharoplasty targets lower lid puffiness and prominence of the under-eye fat pads. By carefully repositioning or removing excess fat and tightening lax tissues, we achieve a refreshed, natural look without altering the patient's unique eye shape.

Notice the smooth transition from the lower eyelid down into the midface across all angles!

Dealing with constant redness, tearing, and the painful sensation of a scratchy eyelid? This patient was, and the cause was entropion—a condition where the eyelid rolls inward.

As you can see, entropion is a treatable condition. Surgery is often very effective at correcting the eyelid's position and providing relief from the chronic discomfort.

This patient is now experiencing a much-needed improvement in both eye comfort and function.

✨ Ptosis Repair Showcase ✨
Notice the difference? 👁️✨

Ptosis (drooping of the upper eyelid) isn't just an aesthetic concern—it can often restrict your field of vision, cause fatigue, and make you look tired even after a full night's sleep.

Key Takeaways from this Transformation:
Restored Symmetry: Lifted the right upper eyelid (patient's right / image left) to create a balanced, natural contour.

Improved Field of Vision: Cleared the pupil line, allowing for better peripheral vision and less eye strain.

Refreshed Appearance: A subtle, beautiful lift that keeps the patient looking like themselves—just more rested and vibrant!

Did you know? Ptosis repair is a quick, outpatient procedure designed to lift the eyelid muscle back into its optimal position with minimal downtime.

✨ Opening Up the Gaze: Bilateral Ptosis Repair ✨
Take a look at this incredible, life-changing transformation! 👁️✨

When a patient suffers from eyelid ptosis (drooping upper eyelids), it can feel like a constant, uphill battle against gravity. In the "Before" photo, you can see how both upper eyelids sit significantly low, hooding the upper portion of the eyes. This heavy crowding doesn't just make a person look perpetually tired or fatigued—it severely compromises their upper field of peripheral vision.

Restoring Form & Function
By precisely tightening the internal muscles responsible for lifting the eyelids, we achieved this beautifully open, wide-awake "After" result:

Cleared Visual Axis: Notice how the eyelid margins are perfectly lifted above the pupils, letting light back in and fully expanding the patient's field of view.

Refreshed, Balanced Contour: The natural shape of the eyes is beautifully restored, removing that "sleepy" or heavy appearance.

A Re-Energized Look: The overall expression looks instantly brighter, more alert, and completely natural—not a "surprised" look, just a fully rested version of themselves!

💡 Did you know? Because significant ptosis directly impacts your peripheral vision, the testing and surgical repair are very frequently covered by medical insurance!

If you find yourself constantly tilting your head back or lifting your eyebrows just to see clearly, it might be more than simple fatigue.
