Rubber side down of a BOSU Ball on the 8” step

On top of the hard plastic side of the BOSU ball sits a Wobble Board

The Wobble Board is made with a 3inch convex surface on the bottom of it.

Wobble Board is difficult to stand on when it’s just on the carpet by itself.

This is a complex exercise with the Physio Ball to work in improved mechanics with overhead athletes. The goal is to keep the shoulder and elbow at 90 degrees and not let elbow migrate towards the wall which is happening in this video. To modify this exercise to get better mechanics you could use a smaller ball. A lacross ball works great.
