"I just spent 6-7 weeks in the skilled nursing facility at Freedom Plaza Care Center. I had a very positive experience and would recommend this facility if you need care. There were of course outstanding staff members that need to be recognized. The CNA’s that gave exceptional care were: Henri, Lora, Bernard, Heather and George. Even before her admission, Jeffrey visited her in the hospital and helped ease many of our concerns. The admission coordinators were efficient and made the transition seamless.
