Every week I look forward to teaching Pilates to my tweens and teens online. It is hard to believe this fall will be my 7th year! Many of my students have been with me for 5 or more years. These students are truly amazing people and it is a joy to watch and help them grow their bodies and brains. I love to hear about their success in school and their communities. Check out the super creative and adorable Peep Pilates creation that won first prize this year!
