Perham Health is looking for an Occupational Therapist or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to help patients build independence, improve safety, and feel more confident in their daily lives — right in the comfort of their own homes.

🔹Day shift: 8 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
🔹32 hours per pay period or casual status
