Knotty Oakie Woodshop My name is Austin Shirm and I am a pharmacy student with a passion for building wood projects in my free time.

I can custom make almost any size of cutting board or butcher block which make great accessories in the kitchen and perfect gifts. The cutting boards are made out of hardwoods such as walnut, maple, padauk,purple heart, and oak. I do both face grain and end grain butcher blocks as well.
