"It really starts with listening and compassion. I mean, you really start thinking, 'What can I do better? What can I do to help this person; I don't want to leave this person behind. How am I going to make a difference?' There are communities who don't have physicians or any access to care; those people don't go to the doctors. Stillwater Medical has been really paramount in keeping healthcare in this community."

"Robyn stayed in touch with the family and with Dr. Goff. She was aware that Whitley was not getting better. She then remembered that Whitley and her husband owned a taxidermy business and wondered if it could be related in any way.
