Dallas County Hospital was founded in 1954 and is a 25-bed critical access hospital, serving Dallas, Greene, Gurthrie and Boone counties. We strive to bring specialized healthcare services such as radiology, including digital mammography, chemotherapy, surgical, lab and therapy services close to home. From wellness and prevention to the common cold or a serious illness, our physicians and staff co

ntinue to recognize their responsibility to serve the community and set the standard in compassionate, convenient and cost-effective medical care. ER care is available 24/7. Patients will not be denied services due to inability to pay in our Perry, Panora, or Dallas Center Clinics. There is a sliding fee schedule based on family size and income. Financial counseling is available.
