When patterns of miscommunication, unresolved trauma, or emotional disconnection create unrest in a relationship, couples often benefit from focused time and space to slow down, listen, and engage more deeply with one another.

The Karuna House Couples Intensive Program offers an immersive, trauma-informed therapeutic experience designed to support relational healing, greater understanding, and meaningful personal growth. Through integrative, evidence-based approaches, couples are invited to explore the histories, attachment patterns, and emotional experiences shaping their relationship in a safe, supportive environment.

Our inaugural Couples Intensive is intentionally limited to a small cohort, creating space for individualized support and deep therapeutic work. We are currently accepting inquiries for our inaugural Couples Psychotherapy Intensive: June 10–14 in Perrysburg, Ohio.

Through immersive, trauma-informed therapeutic work, couples are invited to explore relational patterns, strengthen connection, and move toward meaningful, lasting change.

We are now enrolling for our inaugural Couples Intensive, this June 10-14th in Perrysburg, Ohio. Space is limited to a small cohort of couples

This condensed intensive offering includes extended couples sessions, individual therapeutic work, somatic and experiential practices, communication-focused exercises, and space for reflection and integration.
