DSP appreciation week wouldn't happen for us without all of our wonderful staff. They work insane hours and always have a smile on their faces. We are very lucky to have them. Not all staff are pictured as we still have some working with individuals and out on outings with them. YOU ARE APPRECIATED EVERY SINGLE DAY!

Today, we're highlighting Justin Johnson, a DSP with Trust Care Group!

For Justin, being a DSP is about much more than showing up for a job. It's about showing up for people - making sure the individuals he supports feel respected, heard and cared for, even on the difficult days.

That commitment, consistency and compassion are at the heart of what Direct Support Professionals do every day. DSPs build relationships, encourage independence and provide the support that helps people live meaningful lives in their communities.

Justin says he's grateful for the opportunity to do this work and we're grateful for DSPs like Justin who continue to show up and make a difference.

Monthly Cookie delivery, Snooks Classic cars, Ice cream and lots of laughs for these individuals! They are such a joy no matter what they are doing. Wood County SSA's are amazing and our individuals love delivering to them every month.
