Genevieve or 573.547.3800 in Perryville. We do not charge a fee for anything we do. We're here to provide you with free services including medical quality pregnancy test and medically accurate information. Our advocates will discuss all of your options with you. We understand that sometimes you need a place to think, to process everything, to feel safe and to share what's on your mind. We are here to help.

Feast Day: April 28
Patronage: mothers, physicians, preborn children
St. Gianna was an Italian pediatrician, wife and mother who is best known for refusing both an abortion and a hysterectomy when she was pregnant with her fourth child, despite knowing that continuing with the pregnancy could result in her death. Gianna died a week after giving birth to her child, who was present at her mother’s canonization in 2004.
