You want to connect with your spirit guides, but have you taken the time to sit with yourself first? 🤍

Let’s talk about Sitting in the Power.

This is a practice I learned through Tony Stockwell’s teachings and something I continue to use in my own mediumship development.

One of the things I always encourage is becoming familiar with your own awareness before trying to recognize something different.

You don’t need to see colors, hear voices, or have some dramatic experience.

Start with five or ten minutes. Allow yourself to settle, visualize your own light expanding, and simply sit in that awareness.

Remember, you’re not trying to force anything.

I don’t think people realize how much these little moments mean to a small business owner.

Listen, I love my cards. 😂 But here’s something I want you to understand.

You can know every single tarot card meaning and still second-guess what you’re receiving.

Why? Because learning tarot and developing your intuition aren’t the same thing.

I’ve always taught that the cards don’t create your intuition. They give your intuition something to work with.

But what happens when you take those cards away?

Do you recognize how information comes to you? Do you trust what you’re sensing, feeling, seeing, or just knowing?

That’s the part of psychic development I wish more people talked about.

It’s also one of the reasons I created the Clair Calibration Lab. To help you explore how YOUR intuition communicates, recognize your patterns, and develop more awareness without forcing anything.

Apparently, teaching what psychic mediumship actually involves isn’t as entertaining to the algorithm as putting on a whole Broadway production. 😂🚗

But here we are!

We’re talking about the real work behind psychic and mediumship development. The practice, the patience, the ethics, the discernment, and everything I’ve learned along the way.

Because there’s a whole lot more to this work than flipping cards, making dramatic faces, and waiting for spirit to steal the show. 😂

Listen, I can connect with Spirit, trust my intuition, and pick up on things I have absolutely no business knowing… but those six winning lottery numbers? NOTHING! 😭🤣

Apparently, that wasn’t part of my psychic development training. 😂

So until Spirit decides to drop those Powerball numbers, I’ll be clocking into my full-time job and running my psychic mediumship business on the side. 💃🤣

Where are my fellow 9–5 workers building their dream businesses? Please tell me I’m not alone! 😂👇

Listen, I love a good collective reading, but some of these videos have me questioning whether I’m watching a spiritual message or an audition for America’s Got Talent. 😂💀

The dramatic pauses, the gasping, the whispering, and don’t even get me started on “claim this energy!”

Here’s the thing. You don’t need to comment 111, share a video, or claim somebody else’s energy for good things to happen in your life.

There’s a difference between offering spiritual guidance and using spirituality to drive engagement.

And as someone who works in this field, I think we need to talk about that more.

Now I’m curious… am I the only one rolling my eyes at some of these collective readings? 😂👇

Somebody needs to hear this, especially if you’re developing your intuition.

Not every feeling is intuition. Not every thought is a message. Sometimes it’s fear, anxiety, wishful thinking, or your own expectations getting involved.
Part of developing your psychic abilities is learning to recognize the difference.

That’s why I talk so much about observation, discernment, and understanding how YOUR intuition works.

Because developing your intuition isn’t about turning everything into a spiritual experience.
It’s about learning to trust what you’re actually receiving.

Can we PLEASE retire some of these psychic and mediumship myths already?! 😂

I swear, social media has people thinking psychics know everything, mediums have Spirit on speed dial, and if you’re born with the ability, you don’t need training.

That’s not how this works!

There’s a big difference between having an ability and knowing how to work with it responsibly.

Psychic development and mediumship take practice, discipline, discernment, and an understanding of ethics.

And just because someone tells you everything you want to hear doesn’t mean they’re giving you a good reading. 👀
