Meet Ryan Cowles, Our Director of Nursing

With over 22 years of healthcare experience, Ryan started his journey as a Certified Nursing Assistant in a nursing home and has since worked in a wide range of care settings, including:
🏥 Nursing homes
🧠 Long‑term psychiatric hospitals
🏠 Group homes for individuals with intellectual disabilities
🚑 Acute care hospitals

Ryan earned his BSN from Indiana University Kokomo in 2019 and most recently served as a House Supervisor in a small rural hospital after several years on medical inpatient units.

As Director of Nursing, Ryan is dedicated to strong clinical leadership and ensuring high‑quality, compassionate care for every individual we serve.

I can’t say enough about how wonderful this place is. Wanda and the rest of the nursing staff are amazing, as well as the treatment staff and everyone else who works here. They go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and have everything you need. You are treated like an adult and with respect. The grounds are gorgeous, and there are a ton of things to do in your free time to stay busy. If you are considering going to treatment I highly recommend coming here.
