𝗜𝗠𝗣𝗢𝗥𝗧𝗔𝗡𝗧 𝗦𝗖𝗛𝗘𝗗𝗨𝗟𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗨𝗣𝗗𝗔𝗧𝗘:

As many of you know, our office hours have recently changed. Because of this, we are working hard behind the scenes to adjust our appointment schedule to fit our new hours.

If you currently have an appointment scheduled 𝗡𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟭𝘀𝘁 𝗼𝗿 𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿, your appointment time may automatically shift by approximately 𝟭𝟱–𝟰𝟱 𝗺𝗶𝗻𝘂𝘁𝗲𝘀. If your time is adjusted, you will receive a notification with the updated appointment time.

Our front office team is contacting patients day by day as we work through the schedule. We also call and text multiple times leading up to appointments to confirm, so if your new appointment time does not work for you, please let us know and we will do our best to find another time that does! 😊

𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗨𝗽𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲:

Hi everyone!

We recently learned that UnitedHealthcare sent letters to some of our patients stating that our office no longer accepts their insurance. 𝗪𝗲 𝘄𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘀𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝘀 𝗡𝗢𝗧 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗲!

During the transition from Dr. Bower to Dr. Gill, we were required to notify UnitedHealthcare of the change in doctors. The letter that was sent was referring to Dr. Bower no longer accepting UnitedHealthcare, but unfortunately, it did not explain that 𝗗𝗿. 𝗚𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗗𝗢𝗘𝗦 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗲𝗽𝘁 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗱𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲.

We apologize for any confusion or concern these letters may have caused. We were just as surprised as you were to hear about them!

Rest assured, 𝘄𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗲𝗽𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗱𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲, and there is nothing to do on your end!
