We recently implemented the red plate method for two residents with dementia and observed a notable improvement. Initially, they were eating less than usual, but after adopting this approach, both residents' food intake returned to normal. This method has been successfully used in one of our other facilities. I highly recommend exploring this technique further, as it has yielded positive results in our experience.
