SATURDAY HEALTH THOUGHT 💭
What would a healthy person do today?
We spend a lot of time focusing on health goals.
Lose the weight.
Fix the gut.
Sleep better.
Have more energy.
Get stronger.
But what if instead of always chasing the outcome, we started practicing the identity?
Ask yourself:
“What would a healthy person do today?”
Not a perfect person. A healthy person living your actual life.
Maybe she eats the protein.
Takes the walk.
Gets outside in the morning light.
Strength trains.
Prioritizes sleep.
Or stops ignoring a symptom and starts asking WHY.
None of those choices are dramatic.
That’s the point.
Health is built through hundreds of small decisions made long before a diagnosis forces us to pay attention.
Reactive health says:
“I’ll deal with it when something is wrong.”
Proactive health asks:
“What can I do TODAY that Future Me will thank me for?”
You don’t have to overhaul your life today.
Just make your next choice like a healthy person would.
Do that often enough, and eventually you’re not trying to live healthy.
It’s simply who you are. ❤️
