Across our region, Aliados Health member centers provide comprehensive care for diabetes, hypertension, and obesity, helping the majority of patients achieve their health goals through prevention, education, and personalized treatment.

With 79% of our patients living below the federal poverty level, this work is essential to reducing health disparities in our six-county region.
