Can you spot our DON? 👀

The first photo was taken 29 years ago in our dining room. Back then, Brenda was a nurse walking these halls and caring for our residents. Life took her on many different paths, but two years ago she came back to Ridgeway this time as our Director of Nursing.

Not many people get to return to the place where their career began. Even fewer get the chance to lead it. Ridgeway isn’t just where Brenda works. It’s been a part of her story for nearly three decades, and we are lucky to have her home ❤️

There’s no one quite like Christian Paul. Though his official title is Nurse Supervisor, he is truly the ultimate problem solver. He has dedicated countless nights and hours to supporting our residents and our team. Gratitude alone cannot fully express the appreciation and respect he has earned.

Saying goodbye is never easy, especially when it’s to someone as incredible as Kathleen. She is the jack of all trades from repository to Admisisons nothing gets past her. Your compassion, dedication, and heart have touched so many lives here, and while we’re sad to see you go, we’re beyond proud of the next chapter you’re stepping into.
