The Employee Engagement Committee at Hiram W. Davis Medical Center is thrilled to share the success of our recent School Supply Drive! Thanks to the incredible generosity of our HDMC team members, we gathered an abundance of supplies to help local students start the school year strong.

On August 13, 2026, members of our Employee Engagement Committee dropped off the donated supplies at Cool Spring Elementary School, where they were warmly received by Principal Mrs. Sonya Shaw and her team.

Mrs. Shaw and the Cool Spring Elementary staff expressed their deep gratitude for the support, and we couldn't be prouder of our HDMC family for showing up for our local students.

Thank you to everyone who donated and helped make this drive a huge success! Together, we make a difference!

We are incredibly thankful for the dedication, compassion, and hard work of our nurses, staff, and entire HDMC team. Every day, you show up with care, commitment, and heart for the individuals we serve and for one another.

Dear HDMC Team,

As we recognize HIP Week from April 20–24, I invite everyone to join in celebrating this year’s theme: Celebrating the Guardians of Health Information. Our Health Information Management team plays a vital role in ensuring that the information we rely on every day is accurate, secure, and accessible. Although much of their work happens behind the scenes, their impact is felt across every department. This year has brought many changes and challenges for our organization, yet our HIM team continues to demonstrate exceptional collaboration, resilience, accuracy, customer service, and adaptability.
