Mae's Haven Health for seniors, Wellness & Fitness Day on Saturday, September 12, 2026, from 11:30 AM to 3:30 PM, for an uplifting afternoon focused on healthy living, friendship, and fun!!

Enjoy wellness education, chair exercises, mental health encouragement, nutrition tips, community resources, fellowship, laughter, and a delicious lunch in a warm, welcoming atmosphere where seniors and guests can connect and thrive.
Donation: $15 per person

Tomorrow is the first Friday of the month so you know what that means…. Our farm is open to the public for free! We offer $5 “mini” horse rides for those still interested in riding a horse or pony. Come fish, bring your own pole and bait ( night crawlers work best) no license required, catch and release only.

Admission is free but donations are always appreciated and needed and go directly to the feed and care of our animals. See you soon!

Hey everyone! We need food and snack donations to help feed participants while they are at the ThisAbility Center. We have a refrigerator and deep freezer, so we can accept refrigerated and frozen items.
Our current needs include:
• Small Frozen pizzas
• Chicken nuggets or grilled chicken strips
• French fries or sweet potato fries
• Frozen dinners
• Bread
• Lunch meat
• Sliced cheese
• Mayonnaise
• Lettuce
• Chips or baked chips
• Fruit cups packed in water or juice
• Applesauce cups
• Squeezable yogurt pouches
• Cheese sticks
• Individual oatmeal packets
• Crackers
• Granola bars or protein bars
• Pretzels and popcorn
• Turkey, Beef, Veggie burgers or veggie burgers
• Bottled water
• Sugar-free or low-sugar drinks

Please donate only unopened items that are within their expiration dates. Individually packaged foods are especially helpful.

If possible, please avoid products containing nuts, as some participants may have food allergies or dietary restrictions.
