Yoga is a practice; a practice to bring you back to yourself.

Yes, it feels good in the body.
Yes, your glutes with plump and firm.
Yes, the result will tone your arms.

But ultimately, yoga is an invitation to come home to yourself. The power of your breath. The depth of inner connection.

The washing away of what no longer serves you in this life;

Yoga invites you, to step into you. To align your values. To root into your braVe self. To honor all the cells working with you and for you every single day of this life.

And in the practice of yoga, we find self-love. The ability to nourish and trust intuition; the super power we didn’t know existed is waiting to reconnect through yoga.
