The Swan Tea Room fills up fastest around 3pm, right when the afternoon light comes through the windows just right. โ˜•๐Ÿฐ

Some days it's a full table of neighbors trading stories and other days it's two people and a pot of tea, in no rush to be anywhere else. That's what makes it all so special, it's about creating new treasured memories and no one is on anyone's schedule, just purely enjoying each other's company.

It's a small thing, having a place like this just down the hall and it makes it all worth it in the end.

It lives inside our community every single day, in the care we provide, in the families we walk alongside, and in every person on our team who shows up with their whole heart.
