Everyone has the capability to hear messages from their guides or intuition, it takes trust and practice. My class is an activation and confidence boost. If you feel like you’ve gotten messages through music or thought you heard a voice - that’s your clairaudience kicking in.

We are going even deeper this week on how you can expand your intuitive prowess.

This Friday is the return of Crystal Happy Hour! This free, monthly class is about all things crystals, self care, and helping you create new habits while building a community. Every month will be focused on a different topic to help you support yourself with new practices, tools, and experiences. We'll always have a sample of our tea line and a cozy space to discover something new! This Month's Happy Hour will be focused on helping your deepen your intuition. Anna will be talking about crystals, practices, and tools to help deepen the connection, as well as talking about major blocks around your intuition and how to work through them.

On Saturday, Becca will be hosting Spiritual Gifts: Using Music to Connect With Your Guides. Music is a universal language. It speaks to you in rhythm. It moves you with a beat. You’re noticing the right songs playing at just the right moments. It’s happening so frequently that “coincidence” can’t explain what you’re experiencing. What’s happening is real and your guides have been trying to reach you. In this class, you will learn how to strengthen your discernment and use music as a divination tool. Becca will give insight on what you’re experiencing, how to understand what your guides are telling you, and how to curate your own divination playlist. No experience is necessary. This class will give you an opportunity to practice and build your confidence in communicating with your guides. This is your time to explore what your spirit is capable of and vibe with your community.

11 things I’m doing to prep for the lunar eclipse

- reflecting on gross feelings I’ve had in the past year like jealousy, anger, resentment, self-doubt, embarrassment

- revisiting my goals so I don’t lose sight of what I want… also reflect on if I still want them

- working out/exercise is a standard part of my practice. I dedicate the energy I generate into self-transformation spells and offerings

- crying because I need to feel my emotions. I tend to hold onto gross emotions. Exercising helps me release some, but crying releases the ones that make me feel vulnerable

- setting my alarm and wearing cozy clothes so I wake up in time to go outside and witness/absorb/reflect under the eclipse

- I take cleansing showers instead of baths. I want to help clear my mind and remove energy that’s not mine.

-Grounding because I have a Gemini stellium in the 12th house… it always feels like I’m high in the sky, but at night time. I absolutely LOVE Virgos and the realistic tough love they give back; it helps me fly closer to the ground.

- protection from my mean thoughts because they are MEAN. But they are not mine. They’re repeats of what I was told by others and believed! So dumb.

-wearing cozy clothes because this s**t is tiring

- remembering who the f**k I am because forgetting is when gross feelings come up

- deciding if I want eclipse tea or water will depend on the kind of transformation I want. Tea if the ingredients support my transformation spell or water for simplicity.
