Exciting News from MY Day Spa!

We are pleased to welcome our new Neuromuscular Massage Therapist, Robert, beginning June 22nd.

Robert’s schedule will be:

* Tuesday & Thursday: 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM

I attended Colorado Institute Of Massage Therapy and graduated with 2 certifications in Neuromuscular Therapy, and Trigger Piont Therapy. I also offer other modalities such as Pregnancy Massage, Guasha, Lymphatic Massage, Reflexology, TMJ release. I challenge myself to actively keep learning and currently offer a variety of techniques tailored to meet each individual's needs. From business/office workers, stay at home parents, Veterans, or the professional athletes in our community, I can work with your body to get you feeling like you should again.

Sierra is a licensed massage therapist who grew up in Colorado and experienced a diverse upbringing as part of a military family. This background fostered adaptability, empathy, and a strong appreciation for wellness and self-care. She graduated from Colorado Institute of Massage in 2025, where she developed a solid foundation in therapeutic massage techniques. Sierra is passionate about helping clients achieve deep relation and lasting tension relief. She primarily focuses on Swedish Massage therapy, to create a calming restorative experience, tailored to each individuals needs. We’re honored to celebrate our nation’s heroes with our 5th Annual Veterans Day Event on Tuesday , November 11th!

This year, we’re offering 28 complimentary massages and 6 complimentary facials to our Veterans as a small way to say thank you for your service.
