Great review from Clayton... "There is an old saying, “Parents should never outlive their children. That happened to us, when our oldest Son passed on 04/30/2026. We were devastated. His passing was unexpected. We have barely planned for our own final plans, and now our family must face a future without our firstborn.
Suddenly, we had to deal with things for which we were not prepared. He had been on a business trip and his passing occurred in a public place. In addition to grief, we had to deal with a Hospital, the Medical Examiners office, recovering his personal property (luggage, equipment, and personal vehicle), the state’s bureaucracy (certifications), a memorial service, and final plans for our Son’s remains.
We agreed on cremation, but had trepidations over which crematory to use, due to the bad press that industry had, here in the Autin, TX area. A few years ago, I had seen a news article on TV that talked about a new form of Cremation, called Water Cremation. After searching for a local Crematory that could assist us on that method, we connected with “Cremation.Green, which is also their e-mail address. They are located in Elgin, TX.
Our experience, while sad, with them was great. They were professional and they explained their services and methods to us and they were able to facilitate request by us. They handled every step from picking up our Son form the ME’s office to the final transfer of his cremains into the URN. They responds to our questions, they helped with obtaining official certificates, and above everything else, they listened and helped us go through the process. We were very thankful for their assistance."
