Front Desk Receptionist – Arcade Dental

Arcade Dental is looking for a friendly, professional, and dependable Front Desk Receptionist to be the first smile our patients see when they walk through our doors. We are seeking someone who enjoys working with people, has excellent communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Welcome and check in patients with a warm, positive attitude.
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist patients with questions.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
- Verify dental insurance benefits and eligibility.
- Maintain accurate patient records.
- Collect patient information and process payments.
- Communicate effectively with the dental team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Keep the reception area clean, organized, and professional.
Qualifications
- Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn.
Dental experience is a plus, but not required. Experience with dental software (such as Open Dental or similar programs), dental terminology, insurance verification, or previous dental office experience is preferred but not required.
We provide training upon hire for the right candidate with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Schedule
Monday – Friday
No weekends
