Based in Pharr, Texas, Oscar Elizondo is a seasoned business leader with a diverse background spanning accounting, healthcare, real estate investment, and construction. Today, Oscar focuses on commercial and residential const

ruction, remodeling, and roofing projects throughout Texas, while continuing to expand home service offerings to meet growing demand. Oscar Elizondo earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Texas–Rio Grande Valley and began his career in corporate accounting and tax preparation, working with mid-sized and large organizations. He later served as Regional Manager at ADP Payroll Processing, Inc., where he led business growth initiatives across South Texas and earned recognition as both Rookie of the Year and Manager of the Year. Before fully transitioning into construction, Oscar built a strong track record in real estate investment, buying and selling more than $20 million in property between 2012 and 2018. His experience evaluating properties, managing renovations, and understanding market demand laid the groundwork for his current work in construction and development. Over time, his passion for remodeling and development evolved into the creation of Zondo Construction and Zondo Roofing in 2019. Since then, he has overseen residential homes, apartment complexes, commercial buildings, church remodels, and restoration projects across South Texas. Known for his practical leadership style, Oscar emphasizes accountability, quality workmanship, and efficient project execution. He continues to grow his services in roofing and is exploring future expansion into foundation repair. Outside of work, Oscar Elizondo remains active in the community through leadership roles with economic development boards, nonprofit organizations, Lions Clubs, and youth sports programs. He also enjoys cycling, running, fishing, hiking, and supporting the Texas Longhorns.
