Fountain View at Logan Square was proud to celebrate Home, anew: 250 Voices of Belonging and Community, Celebrating Our Nation’s 250th Year during a special book signing with our residents, families, team members and community.

At Fountain View, it was especially meaningful to gather in celebration of the voices, memories and experiences that make this collection so powerful. Each story is unique, but together, they reflect something bigger: the American story itself, shaped by service, sacrifice, hard work, resilience, family and community.

Earlier this month, we were proud to introduce our enhanced Memory Care Model here at the Fountain View Community.

Designed to provide compassionate, person-centered support that helps residents living with Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia, Journey's Memory Care is an innovative program that focuses on preserving dignity. By fostering meaningful connections and creating enriching daily experiences for both residents and their families, this is a new advancement for our continuum of care.

World Cup spirit is in full swing at Fountain View at Logan Square!

Logan Square Rehab hosted a FIFA World Cup Happy Hour for our residents, bringing together good company, great energy, and plenty of team pride. It was a fun way to celebrate the excitement of the tournament while spending time with the people who make our community so special.

Our team came together to show unity, compassion, and support for those affected by Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia. Wearing purple is a simple yet powerful way to raise awareness, honor residents and families impacted, and stand together in solidarity for continued education and research.

This year’s was a wonderful reminder of what wellness can look like when community comes together!

At Fountain View at Logan Square, wellness is woven into daily life with intention, energy, and connection.

Since joining our team in 2019, Roger Mallery has served as our in-house Fitness Instructor, bringing decades of experience and a genuine passion for movement to the community. His love for fitness began at just 12 years old, when he discovered tennis, a sport that would go on to shape much of his life’s work.

While attending Eckerd College, Roger became a tennis professional, later competing on the professional tennis circuit for three years after graduation. His path then expanded into private lessons, team coaching, personal training, and choreographing group fitness classes to music.

Today, Roger brings that depth of experience to Fountain View, creating opportunities for residents to stay active, engaged, and connected. Inspired by the residents he works with each day, he takes great pride in building relationships and bringing people together through movement.
