4-months after surgery, and the results speak for themselves! 🔥

Her goals centered around reducing the prominence of the bridge and improving tip position so the nose felt more proportional from the front, profile, and 3/4 views. In the before photos, the dorsal contour and tip projection created a stronger focus on the nose within the face.

After surgery, the profile appears more aligned with a smoother nasal line and a tip that sits in a more supported, natural position. The overall effect is a softer appearance that blends more seamlessly with her other features.

⏰ A facelift can turn back the clock, but it doesn’t stop time altogether.

While results can last 10+ years, the aging process continues, and small touch-ups down the road may help maintain your outcome. The goal is long-term rejuvenation with natural, graceful aging.

A result like this depends on knowing exactly how much to change and more importantly, how much not to.

Here, the refinement is measured: the profile is smoother, the tip is better supported, and the overall shape feels more polished without losing softness.

On the table, before healing has even begun, the nose already carries a more elegant line. This is the kind of rhinoplasty that ages well.

The hump wasn’t the only thing addressed here.
When I look at this profile, I see two separate structural goals: reducing the dorsal hump to create a clean bridge line, and refining the tip which was projecting downward and making the nose appear heavier than it actually was.

The after shows a straight dorsal line, a refined tip with improved rotation, and an angle that now balances naturally with the rest of the face.

Patients come in saying they want a “smaller nose,” but what they actually want depends entirely on which structure is the issue.
A wide bridge means the nasal bones are too broad. A bulbous tip means the lower lateral cartilages are too wide, too convex, or poorly defined.

This is addressed through tip refinement techniques. This is why a rhinoplasty consultation isn’t just about looking at photos it’s about understanding your anatomy so the result actually fits your face.

This result is a beautiful example of how rhinoplasty can create minor changes that make a lasting impact.

Her concern was to soften the bridge and the humo and and lift her nasal tip in a way that felt balanced with her features from every angle. In her before photos, the nose carried more prominence through the profile and 3/4 view.

After surgery, you can appreciate a smoother dorsal line, better tip refinement, and a softer overall appearance.

A natural rhinoplasty is often defined by what you do not notice.

One of the biggest giveaways of an obvious rhinoplasty? Irregularity.

A bridge that is too scooped.A profile that looks uneven.A tip that feels asymmetric.Nostrils that do not sit evenly.

None of these are inevitable. They’re the result of technique and the reason choosing the right surgeon matters.

Sometimes the most powerful rhinoplasty results are seen in the details of the profile.

In this patient, the focus was on refining the nasal shape to create a smoother, more elegant contour from the side view. The result is a softer bridge line, improved tip balance.

This is what patients often mean when they say they want their nose to look more “natural” and not dramatically different.

Sometimes the magic is in taking a profile that felt a little too strong, a little too tense, a little too prominent and making it feel effortless.

This on-the-table result already shows a more refined nasal line with a smoother transition from bridge to tip and a profile that feels less harsh and less projected.

Revision rhinoplasty often requires a very different approach than primary rhinoplasty

This patient came in unhappy after being left with a nose that was straight and too pointy, and less natural in shape. The goal of her revision procedure was to create a result that looked softer and more anatomically natural.

In her after photos, you can see a more graceful contour through the bridge and a tip that no longer feels sharp or over-projected. The new shape blends much more naturally with the rest of her features.

Revision rhinoplasty is one of the most nuanced procedures in facial plastic surgery,
