We don't post a lot but here's a peek at a sequence from class this week 🎥

Obvi this is sped up for the reel. In real class we move slower, we move together, and we build the movement in layers with variations that work for you.

If you've been curious about barre, come! Link in bio to sign up 🎉☀️

Hey, what's up, hello!

We're not on here much because the best parts of what we do can't really be captured on social media (also I'm to break up with my phone). So long story short, come try a class and see how you feel.

Your first two weeks of unlimited classes is $49. Find us at tuckbarreyoga.com or the tuck app 🌞

The world feels heavy, again.

And we're here to remind you that self-care is essential. It's a way for us to recharge so we can continue to show up in ways that are impactful and intentional, especially when everything feels like a lot.

That’s why we’re offering Rooted & Resilient: Yoga for a Chaotic World. This is a free community class series created to help us slow down, breathe, move, and remember that we aren't alone. Each week will feature a different class style, but the intention stays the same: grounding, connection, and collective support.
All levels welcome (beginners too!)

📅 Saturdays at 4:00 pm
🗓 January 17 – February 7
💲 FREE
📍 2235 Washington Ave & 518 S. 7th St
📌 Advanced sign-up required via the Tuck app or tuckbarreyoga.com
🌱 All levels welcome

We’re stronger when we show up together 💚
