Maybe you see me and think… she’s does so many things. She’s fearless, badass… oh must be nice…..What you didn’t see what a body collapsing for sickness for ten years that only dreamt of being able stand and walk out the door on my own volition. How she was afraid of a flight of stairs. Showering became such a strong fear it left her depleted everyday. Everything I experience now is a choice that come from understanding what lack feels like.. true lack of freedom is when choice is no longer an option. I’m a practicing heathen and I value things that are very expensive. Time, presence, growth, nourishment, experience, pleasure, desire and joy. If it doesn’t align under this value system it doesn’t serve my most expansive future me that I practice building within all my decisions. Sometimes we don’t see the value until it’s gone…so it’s not about what you loose. It’s how you manage the value IF you’re blessed enough you get back. Don’t get something back and squander it. That’s like spitting upon the alter of the gods for answering a prayer you may not have even known you needed.

This travel season I’ve clocked more miles then 3 years worth of driving. It’s been emotional and a roller coaster from the bingo card of WHAT YOU DONT SEE COMING 🤣…. But in an expansive unbecoming, reforming way. I’ve learned and done a lot I’m looking forward to some cozy nights reading as the weather changes, my gigs slow down and this version of this world is stripped away to start a new…. Lots to physically do to align with what’s is now on my shores. Looking to be very present with the people in my life and the outter banks if we can align that….very Intentional within my dynamics to see what’s meant to be carried in my next chapter. Devoted to my gods my craft my art and make still be a way maker.
