Dr. Pavelka was introduced to The Radiance Sutras in 2015 during a workshop at Kripalu with Coby Kozlowski, MA. She began studying directly under Dr. Lorin Roche and Camille Maurine beginning in 2018. She then completed her 500-hour Radiance Sutras Meditation Teacher Training in 2022 and has been passionate about supporting her clients on their journey toward emotional health and wellness ever since.

In addition to her meditation teacher training, Dr. Pavelka is a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Nationally Certified Counselor through the NBCC. She has a private counseling practice where she works with adult clients struggling with mental health concerns. Her research and clinical work in mental health and alternative medicine began in 2008. She received formal training at Temple University, the University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, and the Beck Institute for Cognitive Behavior Therapy. Her doctoral research focused on the effects of digital, self-administered biofeedback-based diaphragmatic breathing on stress, anxiety, and panic disorder.

Dr. Pavelka is happy to coach clients worldwide who are interested in exploring Instinctive Meditation.

I am deeply saddened by the great loss of our . The Radiance community is grieving the light, love, passion, and thrill that was Lorin.

Lorin taught me how to feel immense self-acceptance and ecstasy by listening to my instinctive nature. He opened my senses and my world to a wondrous place I did not know was possible through his meditation teachings. Because of him, I have experienced bravery, connection, and natural joys. I thank for introducing me to .radiance.sutras in 2015 and for speaking of him with such awe during a workshop.

Lorin lived with such passion, often saying, “It is a joy and a miracle to be alive.” He was incredibly generous with his time and knowledge, and he hoped to spread these teachings to awaken and enliven all beings. Lorin once said, “It’s a gift to walk through life in communion with your soul. It’s a gift to others, and you don’t even know it.”

With that, I encourage you to welcome all of who you are, today, in this moment, because you are a gift to this world. “Open the closet” to anything holding you back from enthusiastically appreciating and celebrating yourself. And if you need support, it’s here.
