Had the opportunity to take counseling students outside for an Ecotherapy walk on the beautiful UPenn Campus for a portion of the last day of class yesterday. Ecotherapy is not just for our clients but it supports the wellbeing of practitioners as well. Wishing this crew the best of luck as clinicians!

Cole will be facilitating her 8-week Philly Nature Walks series, focused on using nature as a tool for self-regulation, reflection, and connection through mindfulness and movement.

The group will meet on Fridays at 5 PM from April 17 to June 12 at the Historic Rittenhouse Town Trailhead (near the PaperTrail Bike Cafe). Pre-registration is required.

Each session includes a brief opening circle, a guided nature walk, and a closing reflection, with a total duration of 60–90 minutes, depending on the group’s pace. Participants are encouraged to arrive 15 minutes early.
