Michael E. Buck Sr. passed away peacefully at his home on July 31, 2026, surrounded by the love of his family. He is now reunited with his beloved wife, Marie with whom he shared a lifetime of love, devotion, and cherished memories.

Devoted husband, loving father, proud grandfather, and adoring great-grandfather. His greatest joy in life was his family, and he will be remembered for his unwavering love, quiet strength, and the kindness he shared with those around him.

He was predeceased by his beloved wife, Marie (nee Fantozzi) and his brothers, Alfred and Robert.

He is survived by his loving children, Michael (Denise), Maria, and Robert (Lisa); his cherished grandchildren, Michael, Maria, Adrianna, Robert, and Alexis; and his six treasured great-grandchildren, all of whom will forever carry his memory in their hearts.

Michael's legacy of love, family, and devotion will continue through the generations he leaves behind. He will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by his family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing him.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his viewing Thursday 8:30 - 10:30 Baldi Funeral Home 1327 - 31 S Broad St (Ample Off Street Parking). Funeral Mass will follow 11AM St Paul Church 10th and Christian St. Entombment will be Private.

Steve Maiorana passed away peacefully on July 16, 2026, at age 97. He was the beloved and devoted husband of the late Florence (nee Merritt), loving father of Donna (Jim) Cogan, Maria (Jim) Lerro, and Stephen Maiorana; dear grandfather of Casey (Bryan), Joe, Alyssa, and Joey; and great grandfather of Julian. He is survived also by beloved sisters Lena Iezzoni, Rita Grassifulli, and Rosalie (Roger) Christianson, and predeceased by dear brothers Tony and Frank, as well as beloved brothers and sisters-in-law. He's also survived by many cherished nieces and nephews, and dear friends.

Steve had a long and storied career in the automobile industry, and especially took pride in selling a beautiful new vehicle for a happy couple or family to enjoy. Always a warm, outgoing "people person", he built relationships and had many happy repeat customers. He loved the seashore, often taking long walks with Florence at their beloved Cape May, followed by a great seafood dinner. The two were devoted parishioners for many years at Our Lady of Lourdes parish in Glassboro, NJ, and helped raise funds to build their lovely church.Steve wholeheartedly relished traveling, history, his grand children, and recently his first great grandson. He enjoyed walks and drives in nature from Clearwater, Florida, to the dense forest canopy in Germany, always noticing birds and other wildlife along the way. He loved swimming, dogs, how cars work, and knowledge in general. Steve enjoyed fitness and good conversation throughout his life. In his retirement years, Steve became a dedicated caregiver to Florence, and after her passing, when he needed some help himself, dear friends and neighbors often stepped up to lend a caring hand.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend visitation FRIDAY, August 7th from 9:00am to 10:00am at Annunciation B.V.M. Church, 1511 S. 10th Street, Philadelphia, followed by Funeral Mass beginning at 10:00am. Interment will be at Holy Cross Cemetery, followed by luncheon.

Amy Hathaway (née Ziemer), of the Bella Vista section of Philadelphia, passed away on July 25, 2026, at the age of 52.

A 1996 graduate of Villanova University with a degree in finance, Amy shared 27 wonderful years with her husband. She was a fan of the Grateful Dead and brought the same vibrant, free-spirited warmth to every part of her life.

She was the beloved wife of Edward Hathaway; loving daughter of Robert and Mary Ziemer; dearest sister of Allison Mortensen; and cherished aunt of Monika and Erik.

Her family will greet relatives and friends on Saturday, August 1st, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at The Pennsylvania Burial Co., Inc., 1327-29 S. Broad St., Philadelphia. Interment will be private.

Benjamin “Ben” Michael Baldi, age 72, of Groton, Connecticut, passed away peacefully on July 25, 2026, at Lawrence Memorial Hospital, surrounded by his loving family after a courageous battle with multiple health issues.

Born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Ben was the beloved son of the late Nina and Alfonso Baldi. Following in his mother's footsteps, he graduated from Pierce Junior College, Philadelphia before embarking on a successful career in business.

Ben dedicated much of his professional life to the contracting industry before becoming a pioneer in the electronic cigarette business. Alongside his devoted wife, Dorothy, he proudly owned and operated Nu Wave Electronic Ci******es in Groton. Under their leadership, the business became a respected fixture in the community. Ben also became a well-known advocate for local small businesses and was featured in regional television and newspaper reports discussing the impact of federal defense budget fluctuations on independent merchants serving the Groton submarine base.

Ben will be remembered as a devoted husband, loving brother, caring uncle, loyal friend, and proud member of the Baldi family. His kindness, generosity, unwavering support, and deep faith touched everyone who had the privilege of knowing him. Blessed with a quick wit, sharp mind, and wonderful sense of humor, Ben had a remarkable ability to brighten any room. His commitment to prayer and his steadfast faith served as an inspiration throughout his life.

A lifelong sports enthusiast, Ben especially enjoyed football, baseball, and basketball. Whether cheering from the stands or watching a game with family and friends, his love of sports created countless cherished memories and brought him great happiness.

Ben is survived by his devoted wife Dorothy F. (nee Roberts) Baldi who he married in April 1997. She was a wonderful wife and took great care of Ben with sincere commitment. Beloved grandfatther of Mathew Gale Baldi ; who Matt called "Pops”. Ben is also survived by his loving sisters Theresa (Richard) Toohey, Anita (the late James) Gabler, Patricia (Gary) Holloway, Virginia (the late Jack) Marks and his brother Alfonso (Michele) Baldi; he is also survived by beloved sisters-in-laws, brothers-in-laws, nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.

Relatives and friends are invited to pay their respects on Thursday, August 6, 2026, from 9:00 to 11:00 AM at St. Mary Magdalen Catholic Church, 2400 North Providence Road, Media, PA 19063.

A Funeral Mass will begin at 11:00 AM.

Interment will be private.
