Congratulations to Krista Osborne, MSN, RN, clinical practice leader for the NICU Specialty ICU Unit at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, on receiving the 2026 TJUH DAISY Nurse Educator Award. Krista was recognized in multiple nominations for the steady support she provided during a time of unit transition while keeping education, patient safety, and quality outcomes at the center of practice. Her nominations showed her sharing regular practice updates, creating “Krista’s Korner,” supporting infection and fall-prevention efforts, and guiding staff through practice changes with clear expectations and constructive feedback.
