Where are the eldest daughters at??🙋🏾‍♀️ In our final week of our burnout series, Courtney Ragin, LMFT, discusses relational burnout and how it affects eldest daughters.

Key highlights:
-Eldest daughters may experience burnout due to the multiple roles they have in their family: role model, mediator, and emotional caretaker.

-One way to prioritize your needs as an eldest daughter is by setting boundaries with family.

-A skill to reduce people-pleasing is practicing the response “Let me think about it”. This gives you space to consider whether or not you have capacity to meet the request.
