🇺🇸🗽Today, we take a moment to remember the lives lost on 9/11, the families who continue to carry that loss, and the first responders and heroes who showed extraordinary courage.
May we never forget the people, the stories, and the acts of kindness that came together during one of our nation's darkest days.
We remember. We honor. We will never forget. 🇺🇸

👀 If Your Eyes Could Talk…

Your eyes after a good night's sleep:

Your eyes after putting on your sunglasses:
“Thank you.” 🕶️☀️

🤔👁️ EYE TRIVIA!
Which part of your eye controls how much light enters?
A️. Retina
B️. Iris
C. Cornea
D. Optic nerve
Drop your answer below! 👇
Answer: B — The iris! 🎯
The iris is the colored part of your eye, and it controls the size of your pupil to regulate how much light enters the eye.

😎 Sunglasses Do More Than Complete Your Look!
Quality sunglasses can help protect your eyes from harmful ultraviolet (UV) radiation.
When choosing sunglasses, look for 100% UVA and UVB protection.
And remember — cloudy days don't mean you can skip the shades. UV rays can still reach your eyes when the sun isn't shining brightly.
So grab your sunglasses before heading outside! 🕶️☀️

💻📱 Do Your Eyes Need a Break?
If you spend hours looking at computers, phones, or tablets, you may experience tired, dry, or irritated eyes.
Try the 20-20-20 rule:
👀 Every 20 minutes
➡️ Look at something 20 feet away
⏰ For at least 20 seconds
It gives your eyes a chance to relax and refocus.
And don't forget to blink! We naturally blink less when staring at screens, which can contribute to dry eyes.
Your eyes work hard all day — give them a break! 👀

👀 Your Eyes Can Reveal More Than You Think!
A comprehensive eye exam isn't just about checking whether you need glasses. Your eye doctor can look for early signs of conditions such as glaucoma, cataracts, diabetic eye disease, and other changes that may affect your vision and overall health.
The best part? Many eye conditions don't cause noticeable symptoms in their early stages.
📅 Regular eye exams can help catch potential problems before they affect your vision.
Take care of your eyes today — they'll thank you tomorrow! 👓
