Dealing with a deep pinch at the bottom of your squat? 🛑
That may be a sign of FAI (Femoroacetabular Impingement).
Think of your hip as a ball-and-socket joint that’s slightly mismatching, causing the bones to “jam” together when you bend deeply.
Patients often show us the “C” Sign, cupping their hand around the hip because the pain feels deep inside.
Swipe up to see how we handle it:
🔹 Joint Mobilization: Using a belt to gently create space in the joint and relieve that pinching pressure.
🔹 Smart Programming: Avoiding deep squats in the early stages while building solid control through slow, intentional movements.
