Memorial Day at Koa Strength 🇺🇸💪

Join us from 9AM–10AM for The Murph — one of the most recognized workouts in fitness and a challenge built around grit, community, and showing up together.

We’ll have modifications available for all fitness levels, including a Half Murph option. Whether you’re going all in or trying it for the first time, there’s a place for you here.

And don’t forget — we’ll be offering FREE workouts ALL DAY LONG for the community. 🧡

This Memorial Day, we’re taking on one of the most well-known workouts in fitness — The Murph. 🇺🇸💪

Join us from 9AM–10AM as we come together for this special community workout honoring the spirit of hard work, resilience, and showing up together.

And the best part? We’re offering FREE workouts ALL DAY LONG at Koa Strength. 🧡

The Murph workout includes:
🏃 1 mile run
💪 100 pull-ups
🔥 200 push-ups
🦵 300 air squats
🏃 1 mile run
(with the option of a weighted vest)

We’ll also have modifications available for all fitness levels, including a Half Murph option with everything cut in half.

Whether you’re taking on the full challenge, modifying the workout, or just coming out for the community and energy, we’d love to have you with us this Memorial Day.
