A quarter century has passed, but the memory of September 11, 2001 remains with us.

Renaissance Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center honors the victims, the first responders, the service members and the families whose lives were forever changed. We remember the acts of bravery and selflessness that defined that day, as well as the remarkable unity Americans showed in the days that followed.

Twenty-five years later, we continue to remember and honor their legacy.

Renaissance Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center was proud to host A Toast to Our Partners, a festive holiday happy hour dedicated to the hospital case managers and referral partners who make seamless transitions of care possible all year long. This celebration was our way of saying thank you for the collaboration, trust, and partnership that supports our residents every day.

As we look back on September, one highlight was the warm and welcoming Evening Social at Renaissance.

It gave us time to reconnect in person with our hospital partners and talk through how we can make every resident’s transition into rehabilitation or long term care as smooth as possible.

We remain grateful for everyone who works alongside us to support our residents.
