We would like to send out a huge congratulations to our own EMT, Adria Lewis, who graduated this weekend from the Pennsylvania College of Technology with a masters degree in their Physician Assistant program! Adria has been with our service for over 5 years as an EMT and is also a primary educator for our Institute.

She is set to begin work soon in an emergency department and also plans to obtain her Pre-Hospital Physician Extender license to practice as an advanced level practitioner in the pre-hospital field, a substantial add on to our care that is able to be provided to the Moshannon Valley. Congratulations Adria!

The Moshannon Valley EMS Public Safety Education Institute is seeking passionate and experienced professionals to join our team as Adjunct Instructors and Subject Matter Experts to continue to grow our offerings. As answers to a few questions from the posting the other day, see additional information below.

We are currently accepting applications from individuals with experience in the following areas:
☑️ Certified EMS Instructors for certification courses.
☑️ Fire Service Instructors
☑️ Rescue Instructors (Techincal, vehicle, rope, water, confined space, etc)
☑️ Healthcare Subject Matter Experts, including physicians, nurses, behavioral health specialists, law enforcement, and allied health providers.
☑️ American Heart Association Instructors
☑️ VFIS Instructors
☑️ Other instructors and professionals with specialized certifications or expertise in public safety disciplines.

These positions are contractual adjunct opportunities, offering flexible scheduling and the opportunity to help shape the future of emergency services education.
